A brief overview of my professional background, experience, and areas of expertise:
I support companies in establishing clear responsibilities and decision-making processes so that governance remains stable, transparent and aligned with strategic objectives.
In complex regulatory environments, I help companies navigate competition law, compliance and pricing structures. The goal is to create a system that enables business decisions to be made with a clear understanding of risk and how to manage it appropriately.
In my view, sustainability is not a separate agenda or reporting exercise but a natural outcome of how companies govern themselves, manage risk and make decisions. My work focuses on integrating sustainability into these processes so that it supports long-term stability and value creation.
My work is most valuable where strategic decision-making intersects with the regulatory environment and the management of risk. It is often at this intersection that companies realise sustainability is not a separate topic, but a natural consequence of how they govern themselves and make decisions.
If you are interested in how sustainability can support the long-term stability and value of your business, I would be glad to discuss the topic with you.

Sustainability in business is often associated with reporting obligations or regulatory requirements. In practice, however, it is largely about how companies think, make decisions and manage risk.
In my articles I explore these connections – between strategy, regulation, governance and the long-term resilience of businesses. The texts reflect current developments in sustainability and ESG from the perspective of business practice and corporate management.
